STEP 3: Buy

This is the stage where the traditional real estate-related contract signing and payment arrangements take place. Keep the following in mind:

Bids are binding offers. However, there is not an official deal until you and the seller have signed a contract. Therefore, you will not take ownership of the property until after closing has been completed and all the terms of your contract have been satisfied. If either you, as the buyer, or the seller reneges on the transaction, RealityInvestorBid.com will charge a $350 fee to whomever fails to do his / her part to complete the transaction. The fee must be paid via credit card.

Financing should be arranged prior to bidding.

Commissions and closing costs are between you and the seller. Information pertaining to these areas will be listed along with the property information or provided directly from the seller.

Each winning bid is subject to a transaction fee equal to 1% of the bid price. Transaction fees owed to RealtyInvestorBid.com are due at the time of closing.
